This Statement of Rights and Responsibilities (“Statement”) governs the relationship between winemeister.com (“Winemeister”) and the users of its website. Some rights might only be granted to certain privileged users. By logging in to Winemeister, you agree to this Statement.

Any content uploaded to Winemeister must be your own and free of any claims by third parties. You retain the copyright to any content you upload and control its usage. Winemeister requires a user name that will be utilized during login and also as an identifier in URLs. We cannot make any guarantees about availability of specific names and will assign them on a first-come basis. We request that you use your real name for the publicly visible fields (identified as “first name” and “last name” in the registration form).


Winemeister requires the use of a verified email address as the primary form of contact. Any communication concerning your account will be handled with this email address.


By registering an account with Winemeister you confirm that your account details are accurate and up to date.
Winemeister will not share any details of your account (except for the name) with third parties and will keep your contact information private.


Copyrights


Winemeister does not attempt to validate any copyright claims. If you believe that any of the works on Winemeister’s website infringe on your copyright, please let us know and we will take the appropriate action.



How to report copyright infringements:



If you do notice an infringement of your copyrights by others Winemeister users, we ask that you contact legal@winemeister.com with a link to the infringing material and the grounds for your dispute (reasons why you have a good faith belief that the offending party is not authorized to use the material). You will need to include your contact information including email and a phone number for us to follow up.



You will not post any content that infringes on other’s rights or violates the law.


Winemeister reserves the right to remove any content it perceives as violating this Statement.


You will not use any automated techniques to harvest information from Winemeister or send messages to others (“spam”).


Any information you collect from other users requires their explicit consent.


Indemnification


You will indemnify Winemeister for any intellectual property infringement claims based on the content you have uploaded.


Termination


Winemeister reserves the right to terminate your access to this site at any time.
